Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific package, our engagements do not require a long-term contract. Either party may end the engagement per the notice terms agreed at onboarding. Setup work already completed and delivered (such as CRM configuration or automation workflows) remains billable regardless of when the engagement ends.
Pricing is quoted individually per client, market, and package, as reflected in the proposal or invoice you receive — we do not publish fixed pricing on this website. Payment terms, currency, and schedule are agreed in writing before work begins. Ad spend on third-party platforms (such as Meta Ads) is separate from our service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We work to deliver effective lead generation and automation systems, but we do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes — see our Disclaimer for full detail. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, ad platform policies, and how consistently recommended systems are used.
Automation workflows, CRM configurations, and creative assets we build for a client become usable by that client for their own business upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our underlying methodology, templates, and proprietary processes remain our intellectual property.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received as agreed, if a client requests we act outside the terms of service of a third-party platform (e.g. WhatsApp, Meta), or for any unlawful use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just4Marketing.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services, including third-party platform outages, account suspensions, or policy changes outside our control.
