How the setup works

1. Audit. We look at how leads reach you today, how your team follows up, and where enquiries are being lost.
2. Pipeline design. You give us the business rules — your stages, who handles what, how you want leads tagged — and we map them into Perfex CRM.
3. Automation build. We configure the n8n workflows that create, tag, assign and schedule follow-ups for each lead, and link WhatsApp to every contact.
4. Testing and handover. Every workflow is tested end to end before go-live, and your team gets a short walkthrough video specific to your setup.
5. Live in 7 business days. From then on, new leads appear in the pipeline already organised.

Setups for different team sizes

A smaller business usually starts with a basic lead pipeline and an n8n workflow from lead form to CRM entry. Growing teams add an advanced pipeline with custom tags. Multi-location businesses get a full team setup with training and custom n8n workflow development for their own processes. Pricing

Setup is quoted after the audit, based on your pipeline, team size and integrations. GCC pricing is available in AED, SAR and QAR, and plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract.
