Do You Need to Learn n8n or Perfex CRM?

No. If you're a clinic owner, gym manager, or real estate agent, you didn't get into this business to become a workflow-automation engineer — and you don't have to.

Who actually touches the tools

n8n (the automation engine) and Perfex CRM (the lead pipeline) are the plumbing behind your system, not something you're expected to operate. We build, configure, and maintain both:

• n8n workflows — the logic that routes a lead from a Facebook ad or website form into WhatsApp, then into your CRM, automatically. You never open n8n.
• Perfex CRM — set up with your pipelines, tags, and follow-up rules already configured. You log in and see leads organized; you don't build the pipeline yourself.

What you are responsible for

Just the parts that only you can do:

• Answering qualified leads once they're routed to your team
• Approving ad creative and offers
• Giving us the business rules (who gets assigned what, how you want leads tagged)

Everything technical — the n8n logic, the CRM configuration, keeping workflows running — is on us, not you.

What if something breaks?

That's what monthly reporting and support are for. You're not debugging a workflow at 11pm; you're flagging that a lead didn't get a WhatsApp reply, and we fix the automation behind it.
